Nicole McConnell has been hunting for beautiful things since she was old enough to follow her mother and aunt through antique markets. With her father working in London during her childhood, those early years extended to the markets and auction houses of Europe, where her eye for what lasts, what matters, and what belongs in a well-lived home was quietly and permanently formed.
McConnell was born from a belief that a more beautiful world is worth building, one carefully chosen object at a time.
Nicole brings to every piece she sources the same instinct she developed young. Not just whether something is beautiful, but whether it has lived, whether it will live, and whether it will still be extraordinary in another hundred years.
She founded McConnell because she believed the world needed more of what was disappearing: quality, authenticity, and genuine beauty in the places we call home.

Ellen manages McConnell's trade program and client relationships, bringing a discerning eye to the buying process alongside Nicole. Her taste and judgment are woven into the collection you see today.

Pete oversees the operational infrastructure of McConnell, working behind the scenes to support the business's growth and day to day functions.

Alec manages McConnell's relationships with vendors and makers across Europe. Drawing on a lifetime spent between London and the Continent, he brings an insider's knowledge of the European market.
