Our Team

Nicole is the founder and creative lead of McConnell Design. She developed an appreciation early on for antiques and home design by growing up antiquing with her mom and aunt. Nicole offers a fresh approach to decorating homes of today with her talent for seamlessly blending old and new. 

After coming up with the concept of McConnell Design, Nicole called on her partner, Alec, who helped bring her vision to life. Alec grew up between England and Germany in homes filled with antiques. Today, Alec helps McConnell Design with heavy lifting and logistics. He also lives in a home filled with antiques again, by Nicole. 

An integral part of our design team, Ivy is a talented designer and beloved team member. Our clients and team alike appreciate her bubbly personality and natural eye for design.

Pete and Ellen are Nicole’s parents and constant supporters. From the very beginning, they generously jumped right in on Nicole’s ideas for her new business. They are still integral members of the McConnell Design team. You will see them everywhere from the French Market to customer pickups.

Our sweet and wonderful new team member! Cora helps with everything from logistics and client relations to creative input. She’s always ready to jump in on a new project with enthusiasm and a “can do” attitude.

Our favorite tech guy, Yevhen saves us on a daily basis! He is a master problem solver and a joy to be around.
