Standard Shipping
We want you to receive your order as soon as possible. Whenever possible, orders are shipped the same or next business day. Please allow up to 5 business days for fulfillment.
Standard shipping is complimentary within the continental United States for most items. Furniture, mirrors, oversized items, Warehouse Sale items, and select Sale items are excluded from complimentary shipping.
Expedited shipping is available for an additional cost. Please note that fulfillment and transit times are calculated in business days.
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when available.
Furniture & Oversized Delivery
Furniture, mirrors, and oversized items ship for a flat rate of $299 within the continental United States and $150 within California.
Most furniture is delivered by white-glove delivery service. Smaller furniture pieces and oversized items may be shipped by an alternate carrier when we determine it is the safest or most efficient way for the item to travel.
We always do our best to balance the safety of your piece with delivery time. Depending on your location, please allow approximately 1–6 weeks for furniture delivery. We will provide an estimated delivery timeline as soon as shipping arrangements have been made.
All delivery windows are estimates. Orders shipping to remote or hard-to-reach areas may require additional transit time and may be subject to additional delivery fees.

Additional Furniture Delivery Information
White-Glove Delivery
White-glove delivery includes delivery into your home.
Once your piece has reached the delivery company serving your area, a representative will contact you to schedule your delivery. Please make sure the phone number provided with your order is the best number to reach you.
Please plan to have an adult 18 years of age or older present to accept the delivery.
Preparing for Delivery
Before delivery, please confirm that doorways, stairways, elevators, hallways, and other access points can accommodate the dimensions of your piece.
Please let the delivery company know in advance about any special circumstances that may affect your delivery, including stairs, elevators, narrow or unusual access points, or an entrance other than the front door.
Please clear the pathway and the area where you would like your piece placed before your delivery arrives. The delivery team is not responsible for moving or disposing of existing furniture.
Special Delivery Circumstances
Deliveries requiring additional manpower or special arrangements may be subject to additional charges. Changes to the delivery address after an order has shipped may also incur an additional charge.
