Vintage Large Framed Print of Dutch Celestial Atlas

Beautifully framed vintage reproduction of the Celestial Atlas by Andreas Cellarius, 1660. Originally from Harmonia Macrocosmica, an atlas of the stars from the Dutch Golden Age. We are presented with Ptolemy’s geocentric universe, in which the sun still orbits the Earth. This celestial print is complimented by a complimentary blue mat and rubbed gold frame.
